What is the difference between an Urgent Care Clinic and an Emergency Room (ER)?
ER treats life threatening medical conditions, such as chest pains, severe wounds, automobile accidents. Urgent Care Clinics treat conditions that need immediate attention but are not life-threatening. If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury, please dial 911 immediately or go to the nearest ER.

TLC Walk-In Clinic count with highly trained and qualified medical team. Our staff has a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Certified PAs with Emergency Room Experience. What do you treat? What services do you provide?
We treat most general illnesses and minor injuries. A wide variety of conditions, from colds, flu and cuts to fractures, sprains and some dislocations. We provide sports physicals, EKGs and X-rays. Do you take insurance? What insurances do you take?
We accept insurance plans from over 30 companies. Affordable options are also available without insurance. We do not accept Medicare at this time. For a complete list of insurance taken, please click here.
Do I need my Insurance ID card to be seen in urgent care?
In order to be able to verify your insurance coverage we will need your insurance card or a copy of it. Without it we cannot bill your insurance. We can still see you, but you would have to utilize our pay today option.
What if I don’t have insurance?
TLC Walk-In Clinic is pleased to offer a medical discount program, called MD Save, to help patients who have no insurance or whose coverage is inadequate. With MD Save, top quality diagnosis and treatments are available to all patients every day of the year. Patients without insurance can have a provider visit starting at $65.00 as well as sports physicals starting at $25.00.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary but is available and walk-ins are always welcome.
Do you offer preventative services?
Yes, TLC Walk-In Clinic offers preventative medicine services. We can take care of all of your basic medical needs if you do not have a primary care provider, or your provider is unavailable. How long do I need to wait to see a provider?
Since no appointments are necessary, wait time will depend on the number of patients in the clinic but generally is only a few minutes.
Do you treat infants?
At TLC Walk-In Clinic, our providers are trained to treat patients of all ages.
Is your staff bilingual?
Most of our staff is bilingual.
Are you open on holidays?
TLC Walk-In Clinic is open 7 days a week. With the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
Do you do medication refills in urgent care?
In urgent care request for refills must be accompanied by an office visit and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Do you provide x-rays at your facility?
Yes. We have a cutting-edge radiology equipment in our clinic.
